Order Cancellation

At Vignah, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and any applicable charges.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 36 hours after the cancellation request has been approved.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• If an order is cancelled after payment has been completed and the product has already been dispatched from our warehouse, a logistics charge of ₹1,000 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method within 36 hours of cancellation approval.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:

• The product has already been delivered.
• Installation or other requested services have already been completed.
• The product has been opened, used, damaged, or altered by the customer (except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under the warranty or Return & Refund Policy).

4. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Cancellation

Our support team will verify your request and inform you of the cancellation status.

5. Refund Process

Once the cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 36 hours. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Vignah’s Right to Cancel

Vignah reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Payment verification failure
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
